very disappointing recruitment process

The cause seems valuable however, the recruitment process is very poor and it does not reflect what they aim to do as a charity

Cons

I have recently applied and I have to create a very long cover letter and going through a pre-recorded interview which I found very unusual. After investing time and resources in this process you don't hear from them although I tried to ask for a feedback . I think it's very badly organised considering that they are working with vulnerable categories, they are very unprofessional and that fact that they do not provide a feedback says a lot.

Poor leadership- leadership has no direction or care for people and their development No career pathways- once you are in a role, you don't know what to work towards next. Toxic work culture- lot of talk about well being but internally nothing done, employees face burn out, racism, sexism, unnecessary aggression from leadership- made to feel guilty and unsafe when complains are made
