The cause seems valuable however, the recruitment process is very poor and it does not reflect what they aim to do as a charity

I have recently applied and I have to create a very long cover letter and going through a pre-recorded interview which I found very unusual. After investing time and resources in this process you don't hear from them although I tried to ask for a feedback . I think it's very badly organised considering that they are working with vulnerable categories, they are very unprofessional and that fact that they do not provide a feedback says a lot.
