Pros

Many many opportunities and exciting projects. Employee owned business which means profit sharing so you are working for yourself. Very talented co workers

Cons

Nothing that isn't known about other architecture firms; you can work long hours and it can be easy to be overlooked in such a large group of talented people.

Good if you want to have exposure working in larger office structure with international reach. They hire good number of people so you won't be feeling as burned out. BIM manager support readily available.
