      Pros

      Good pay, nice office, collaborative work setting, hybrid work schedule.

      Cons

      Insurance deductible sucks, Lack of leadership, clicky work teams and staff. Poor leadership.

      Pros

      I have a great team, that's what I love the most about my job. My DM is so smart and polite, there is always so much respect and care from everyone to everyone. It's truly amazing, a curated team for sure.

      Cons

      It's a big company, there are many opportunities, as well as many competitors. Things happens fast and sometimes I do not know if management listens to the employees on time.

      Pros

      As an employee owned firm the compensation model is very generous. The office spaces are beautiful. The culture and traditions of the firm are really cool. I would recommend working with Gensler to anyone.

      Cons

      Many of the projects are quite conservative. There is a good emphasis on innovation across the firm but Gensler is often considered the safe partner that will deliver the bread and butter design and oversight.
