Pros

Strong company culture, good benefits. The chance to work with very talented and inspiring people.

Cons

The company has grown very large and the main focus is on time cards and billability, which is antithetical to the creative process. The employees feel it. In addition, the state of the economy has created a culture where anyone/everyone is expendable. That drives staff disengagement as well as a FEAR of pushing to do better, be greater, provide more to clients. If it's not something that can be billed for, it's not worth doing because you could be canned if you are not billing enough.

good pay, maybe? International company, offices all around world

Cons

tell you we have overpay, but not really you allow to submit your overtime. must be in office 5 days, PMs encourage you work overtime but without paying. toxic company.

Management, weekly offs, bonus, parties, strong company culture and chance to collaborate with people worldwide.

Cons

You have to be vocal and participating to grow. Doing hard work at your job wont just be enough to create a hold. You have to earn your name.
