Pros

I like the collaborative and creative culture, as well as the constant attempt to push the limits towards new goals, whether it is for the sustainable design or new technologies to communicate the design intent.

Cons

In the collaboration in between studios, I experienced a push and back situation whereas the intention was to work together but the financial cost of it actually blocked the collaboration. Except for the period of the summer interns there is a bit of staff shortage.

Toxic “Leadership” at LA Sports Studio

Bonuses and that’s about it.

Cons

Speaking only about the LA Sports Studio here. Upper Management is toxic, negative, finger pointing with only a few favorites and in general a tense and sad place to work. Mainly comes from just 1 or 2 of the leaders (if you can call them that). Most folks seem to want to leave. It’s likely the bonuses but they should know that the grass is greener on the other side.
