Pros

Project types and sizes. Offices are typically located near downtown areas. Stick it out a year or two for your resume. Good place to start your career.

Cons

Minimal support in professional development, whether internally trying another role or externally to obtain new certifications. Politically driven environment. Lack of transparency to company culture, job role, professional development support, etc and commitment to verbal agreements during hiring process. Cultural pressures to work unpaid.
