Loved all the people I met, made meaningful connections with people who genuinely wanted the best for me

Cons

The two Managing Principals in Baltimore will exert their power to manipulate and sabotage you if they deem it necessary to achieve their goal. Their behavior caused unwarranted stress and it is taking a heavy toll on my mental health ! I was issued a gag order, which was against policy, they did NOT follow protocol for termination, I was led to believe we were working as a team to find resolve . However, it was clear they already made a decision to terminate me! This behavior was completely unethical and egregious!
