We appreciate your perspective and yes, unfortunately, when local markets decline there are very challenging decisions that must be made that impact our people. However, we do have our Boomerang program and are rehiring many who have left us and want to return when the business market increases.

Pros

The money is attractive but you do have to fight for it. The "little people" who actually contribute to culture are great but there are only a handful.

Cons

There are way too many co-cooks in the kitchen and not a clear direction from leadership or anyone really.
