Pros

My Team - The people I work with are fun, helpful, competent, and kind. The Work - I get to travel see the great work the firm designs across the country. Growth - I've been given the freedom and encouragement to grow and evolve my role.

Cons

Size - I'm not sure how this could be fixed but, the firm is so large it can be difficult to find your way when you start. Knowing who's who and figuring the culture out can be a lot to take in initially.
