Pros

There is a Peter Deming statement that I love - "Culture eats strategy for Breakfast. The culture at Gensler is a game changer, one firm firm approach is consistently applied across the firm and results in smooth collaboration. Also, very smart business approach and great benefits.

Cons

it can get pretty intense, and the boundaries between work and life are soft. With so many extracurricular activities, it is easy to get distracted.

Meet so many cool and interesting people. Didn't have to work overtime often. Working with talented individuals on interesting projects.

Cons

Really specialized, it is difficult as a young person to have to pick a project type to specialize in right away.
