      Size of the organization and client list allows for great opportunities.

      Cons

      Those opportunities are only for the same favored few, the majority never see them.

      Stated goals are not to be believed. Beware, this is a highly political environ in which 'yes men' are rewarded.

      If the above is for you - there are Good benefits & interesting projects.

      Cons

      Management does not communicate & will not hesitate to sacrifice subordinates if in their interest. Again, do not believe stated goals. It is best to keep quiet & not be innovative with this company - it is threatening to mgt. If one is looking fo a place to be a 'yes man', this could be a good place to be.

      Pros

      bonuses.....colleagues are friendly.....office design is favorable to employees. ... its part of "Gensler" firmwide.

      Cons

      archaic work philosophy.....clear hierarchy of management and salary based on degrees and licensure, not on skills and progressive attitudes. People are a number and not seen for their talent or what they bring to the table. Long hours and little appreciation for dedication to the company and project.
