      Pros

      I have never felt so supported by a hiring manager before - Sarah Lucas was incredibly warm and helpful throughout the whole process, checking in with me before and after interviews. The onboarding process was extremely thorough and well-planned with an itinerary for my first couple of weeks and meetings with the folks I needed to know at the firm. Everyone I've met in the office is warm and professional - I feel like we really support each other and everyone works together. Leadership is very down-to-earth and approachable. We also have great benefits!

      Cons

      I wish we had more time around the winter holidays (Christmas and New Years) as firm holidays.
