Lunch and learns were a fun perk, and vendors stopped by to show us new innovative materials. The location of the office is ideal.

Cons

Overworked and underpaid! Always trying to meet insane and unrealistic deadlines! Senior management do no care about you as a person only about how to make the company more money! You're better of working any other job

Its a great place to work, but with the current Costa Rican living costs its a bit difficult. Salarys are not bad, but not great for the amount of work that you have to do.

Sometimes your extra work is not paid

Dishonest, bullying, high school-like culture; lack of transparency from leadership; highly political environment that overshadows actual work quality; mediocre design standards.
