Thanks for taking the time to share feedback on your experience at Gensler. We appreciate your candor and consider all the feedback we receive. Encouraging our people to ask questions and share their perspectives is fundamental to our firm’s culture. We appreciate your feedback and will share your comments with the firm’s leadership. We are puzzled by your comment that Gensler does not provide health care for parents. That is simply untrue. We also provide a robust learning program and have embraced a coaching culture built around a model of mentorship and feedback.

Pros

Nice projects to their portfolio and office.

Cons

The treatment of Project Coordinators. Many of us have experienced inconsistent support, lack of recognition for our contributions, and what appears to be favoritism. It’s disheartening to feel that professional growth and job security may depend more on navigating office politics than on performance or work ethic. Additionally, while I understand the intention behind DEI and workplace training initiatives, I believe these programs would be more effective if they acknowledged and celebrated individual contributions and professionalism, rather than identity . Recognition should be based on merit, integrity, and the value each team member brings to the organization. Leadership needs consider steps to create a more respectful, and performance-focused workplace for all employees.
