Great colleagues and workplace initiatives

Cons

Ridiculous deadlines that see people working far into the night when they don’t have to be. Middle management is full of gaslighting and harassment. You can’t ask questions on project scope without getting screamed at. HR is not helpful and instead continues to gaslight you.

Great Culture, Strong Emphasis on People and Customer Principles

Pros

Great creative culture, amazing projects. Lots of wonderful perks such as the ability to work with various groups around the world, collaborate on incredible projects, satisfying work, food and beverage services. Great collaborative atmosphere, everyone is incredibly nice. Work is extremely satisfying and lots of opportunities for growth. Great location in DTLA, lots of interesting places in walking distance.

Cons

Parking and access to the site can be challenging (it is DTLA). We can all benefit to have at least one to two days of remote work to ease the burden of LA traffic, wear and tear, etc.
