Exciting projects, smart & helpful team. I've yet to encounter any "dead weight" individuals who are there purely because they've been there for so long. If you're the type to self-promote and have the skill to back up your claims, you will succeed. Bullshitters who have big talk but can't deliver are quickly sniffed out and generally leave which I believe is a breath of fresh air.

Cons

Pay is commensurate with the A&E industry which is a tough pill to swallow in an expensive place like SF or NYC or any other major city that Gensler tends to base its offices. You will make more money with a tech company or with an end-user. You MUST create a way to make friends and grow your influence. People who just like to sit and grind out work may find that teams are happy to oblige and you'll find yourself buried without any work-life balance.
