      Best of all the large corporate firms.

      Pros

      Entrepreneurial attitude fuels the place. The platform that exists to promote learning is strong. The thought leadership aspect is as well, though with a kind of 'popular' bent.

      Cons

      Getting too big. Now that the company worldwide is over 5,000 employees, retaining the culture should be a priority. Foster strong ties between team members to dispel feeling of anonymity.

      Pros

      Nice people, great snacks, clean work environment. The intern program is extremely organized and thoughtful, with many events and activities planned so the interns can get a full understanding of the company and of Los Angeles.

      Cons

      Although I can't attest to this because I was only a summer intern, I think they might treat the summer interns better than the regular staff to gain excitement for the company.

      Pros

      Employee owned, great environment, exciting, great projects to work on. There are different perks in different offices. There is a Gensler office in so many cities.

      Cons

      not many cons, long hours sometimes. I really can't think of many cons here. Some of the work is - well work. Not exciting design - but that seems like how jobs work.
