      They have great benefits for employees

      Cons

      They have benefits for a reason. They have to attract you somehow. You will work long hours and I mean long hours. You will rarely advance and your opinion will never been used on projects. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else that values your opinion and you'll get sleep.

      Pros

      Talented, hardworking, enthusiastic group of people. The benefits are also better than most companies I've worked for. Lots of opportunity to learn and develop if you are a designer.

      Cons

      It takes a long time to get promoted. Would like to see standard protocols the same across the board (in all offices).

      Management makes it difficult for such people to succed. Upper management views them as threats. Ultimately they leave or are let go.
