Pros

There are some great people there. Intelligent, good at their jobs and family-like. Also, there are many offices and they are very supportive of trying a few.

Cons

They are selling architectural professional services but executive leadership wants to be more of a McKinsey than a MOMA. As a result, people often criticize it as a 'design factory.' Some truth to this but also some profoundly creative, talented people there.

Pros

Benefits are great, profit sharing, PTO days a year. You are able to jump around different studios and learn from different principals around the firm.

Cons

Just like any other architecture firm, there are days or weeks where the hours seem longer and longer.
