      Pros

      Gensler is a great teaching institution - if you have something you want to learn and be mentored for, you can do it here. Upper management is extremely interested in investing time toward employees and growing the younger generation and thier careers

      Cons

      There's not a ton of growth potential unless you want to go the project management route...

      Pros

      Good growth potential if you are driven by title and compensation. Good social side to office culture which encourages activities beyond the job. Many good personalities within the firm.

      Cons

      Specialized studios within offices appear more inclined to favor Type-A personalities. In you aren't in the 'in crowd' it could be tough going. Be prepared to be satisfied with below average documentation/ drawing standards. Just get it done mentality leaves little time (or oversight) for quality. At times, results in the field reflect this reality.

      Pros

      On the corporate side, we're completely slammed everyday as we try to keep up with the growth of the Firm and provide the best support to the design side as possible. It's exciting and gratifying to be a part of such a process - we're never bored! There's tremendous room for growth for those who are eager to step up to the plate.

      Cons

      Requests for work come at all hours of the day as we continue to meet needs from across the world, personally this isn't an issue, but some might not feel as compelled to accommodate by staying late & coming in early.
