      Pros

      It has great employee culture. You will feel that you are respected. It is also a very well-known company with strong brand. They promote employees from inside which can be good and bad at the same time.

      Cons

      If you are not architect or designer, you are 2nd citizen at the company unless you are in the executive position.

      The Benefit's & Client's are the Best Part

      Pros

      Profit Sharing & revenue base performance bonus a +! Variety of work in other office, NB mainly Workplace, no real creative outlet.

      Cons

      Not all Leadership is the same, some are very supporting and available, others sit in their 'glass tower' waiting for the world to revolve around them. Seek out those you want to learn from and work with = communicate & you'll enjoy your experience. Sit there and sulk, and you'll only have yourself to blame. Corporate environment - speak up if you want it!

      Pros

      It was a great place to meet other designers who have several years experience. The designers were experts at what they do.

      Cons

      Sometimes as intern you get stuck doing the grunt work. But it wasn't anything that you wouldn't do anywhere else.
