      Pros

      nice corporate environment. nice people. fair compensation. there was mostly freindly faces, and you could move around within the company, within reason.

      Cons

      easy to get lost in large corporate environment. good be a plus if you are slacking. but a real negative if you are heads down working hard and not tooting your own horn.

      bonuses.....colleagues are friendly.....office design is favorable to employees. ... its part of "Gensler" firmwide.

      Cons

      archaic work philosophy.....clear hierarchy of management and salary based on degrees and licensure, not on skills and progressive attitudes. People are a number and not seen for their talent or what they bring to the table. Long hours and little appreciation for dedication to the company and project.
