Good people - Transparent decisions - Gritty challenges - Innovative Solutions

- Informed and data driven decisions - Can't not mention Unlimited PTO - Competitive compensation and benefits (we've remote work P:) - Getting to work with latest tech stack with a turn key overview while collaborating across teams

Cons

- RSUs offering can be more competitive - While empathy scale is consistent across for good, some departments can feel more siloed and socially cold, specially in the light of the remote evolution

- Work from anywhere policy - Job isn't too demanding - Autonomy to make your own schedule depending on your book of biz

Cons

I wish upper management and senior leadership were a bit more open/transparent about some of the changes occurring within the business.
