Compensation in line with market, benefits are reasonable
Cons
Senior leadership entirely lacking in any common sense, product vision, or technical depth. The business is struggling and there is no credible plan to turn it around. A lot of internal bureaucracy and politics, chronic underinvesting in teams that deliver customer products
