      No aumentan en Colombia desde hace 3 años, Y ahora con el incremento del salario integral obligaron a la gente a firmar una reducción de su salario o los echaban, y fuera de eso lloran cuando la gente se les va

      Need to be billable all time..do not get into internal projects or your job is at risk. Lately cuts affected people working on not billable projects.
