      Stability, a good work environment in most teams due to their positive culture

      Cons

      There haven't been any raises in years; the career plan is a lie. It was created so your advancement is approved by a group of people no one knows. Clients pay more for Globant's services every year, but the workers don't receive those raises. They're cutting benefits; everything is wrong within the company regarding salaries and professional growth.
