While my overall experience with the company was positive, I did encounter some challenges on the client-side. The specific project I was assigned to involved a somewhat toxic environment, with high pressure and occasional unreasonable expectations. However, I greatly appreciated the way our internal team leads (TL) and project managers (PM) handled the situation. They consistently stood by us, advocated for our expertise, and ensured that we were protected from unfair demands. Their support created a sense of psychological safety and reinforced the company’s commitment to its people.
