      Remote, but there's a nice office in case you want to. Great work environment. Health insurance.

      Cons

      Argentina salaries are ridiculously low for a Software Engineer. Benefits like USD $6/month of internet expenses, where the average bill for 300 MB it's around USD $30/month is not that great.

      Good Hike, Nice working environment, Flexible hours, easy to get out of a bad project, Very big clients and nice projects

      Cons

      Very less leaves i.e. only 20 leaves per year, Client rounds are tough so stay with a good project.
