      It is a company that has a lot of respect for its employees, and cares about them, including sometimes putting personal to work, and there is a real concern for professional development in their respective fields of work.

      Cons

      Communication between different hierarchical levels of the company sometimes leaves much to be desired, and the personal requirements of work require more time of the desired ones, even coming to obviate requests of the clients.
