Pros

Great brand to have on your resume. Flexibility pre-covid. Post covid, this is deteriorating as the is too much of an urge to return to office - they actually check the times your work ID is swiped in and out of the office to ensure your attendance.

Cons

Lack of transparency with promotions and compensation. You could have someone reporting to you making twice of your salary and promotions are not always guaranteed because you are doing a great job. You need to play the politics which would not be in your favour if you are a minority...i.e. you do not have representation in leadership positions in your region. Internal mobility is like cheap labour. You may move to an area with a higher salary bandwidth but your salary will never get reviewed and adjusted if it means an increase.

Pros

Lots to work on and a huge opportunity to grow. Relevant if you are only starting out your career. Mobility is encouraged and surprisingly easy

Cons

Not a meritocracy as advertised - you really only get rewarded when there is a representation up your division leadership chain. Having lots to work on as a pro is only based on the con of deliberate under staffing. Non-existent work from home package if you are not on the revenue side. Firm policy has in fine print that you are responsible for all work from home equipment which is ok for temporary one off situations but post covid, there has been zero firm support even when people now have to use personal devices for work full time. Pipelines are being created for minorities into tech but firm culture is not rapidly changing to improve retention.

Pros

It is (for now) a still brand name.

Cons

Below-market comp and most of all, the culture that promotes politics and rewards loyalty over performance.
