      Pros

      If you are very driven, and looking to forge your own path, then you will have the opportunity to do so. There is generally very little bureaucracy, and technology is usually an aid rather than a hindrance. Colleagues are generally very bright, and very willing to help newcomers. Vacation time is quite generous, and compensation is quite clear.

      Cons

      Management are generally tremendously competitive, and so reorganizations are frequent as partners change / gain responsibilities. Work days can be quite long, and lunch at your desk in the norm.
