Pros

Great name recognition, will push you to your limits. The company has a fantastic benefits package. The company seems to care a lot about the community (they certainly give their employees a lot of opportunity to get involved). There are so many experts. You will learn a lot and be very marketable if you later choose to leave the company.

Cons

There is too much work. Sometimes being around so many smart people (even if you are very smart yourself) is a little exhausting. Sometimes people are a little cocky.

Pros

Environment is fast paced, fun, and classy. Everyone is smart and driven. I just did training, and it was long and hard. I think it will perhaps be harder than my real job. As compared to other financials, the pay was a touch lower, but the bonuses are promised to be bigger.

Cons

Long hours. Bonus is very dependent on Firm performance.
