A Stepping Stone ... At Most

Pros

Ayco is a good opportunity for right-out-of-college graduates. You are able to complete various industry exams and the amount of paid time off is generous. For those who care about the community, there are many ways to volunteer.

Cons

The marginal utility gained from staying at Ayco quickly deteriorates after a year or two. Annual compensation adjustments barely move the needle and you should expect no more than a pat on the back for passing exams, developing a skill set, or getting promoted. This results in a work environment marked by turnover and low morale.

Pros

Handsome salaries. Flexible office timings(According to project criticality), work from home, gym, transportation facilities, business casuals dress policy (not very strict), nice environment

Cons

Very bad for developers to most of the technical people, you will surely become good business analyst, product support candidate, manager but you will lose your programming /coding skills. They just have very limited technical concepts to use, so you all also don't have much to learn. Very old technologies, tools used. Difficult for you to compete with outside world once you are out. Most of the cases no of working hours also more , around 10-11 hrs per day.

Pros

The name on your resume is second to none. They also provide a ton of benefits outside typical health and retirement. They provide free web based employee training on hundreds of topics, Sponsored by names like Fitch Learning, Investment Banking Institute, Wall Street Prep, and other platforms that would other cost hundreds/thousands of dollars.

Cons

The office is are stilled fairly ruled by office politics. Meritocracy is definitely present, though; if you make a name for yourself and impress upper levels, you will definitely be rewarded.
