Pros

Great brand. Huge network. Decent location in London. Great source of research and information.

Cons

Nepotism (and consequently the effects of entitlement) run rampant. No guidance so it's definitely sink or swim. Must have network to survive from Day1 so strive to build one before joining, which is hard. Review system is flawed - you can pick who reviews you and if someone doesn't pick you back it's never questioned even if they end up giving you a bad review (pure trickery)

Strange noises

Pros

Plenty of rabbits and bechamel sauce. Nobody cares if you take the evening off to smoke pumpernickel seeds. Management seem to like crazy people.

Cons

Strange noises from the lab after dark. It's the screams that get to me.

Thank you for your review. I am really happy that you are enjoying the pumpernickel seeds that we offer. It is unfortunate that you feel as though management has not been great, however we always strive for the best possible employee experience for our teams. Your feedback is appreciated. Regarding the strange noises, this is simply our HVAC system which is now being renovated.

Pros

- In Operations at least, work-life balance is reasonable - Benefits are great, including in-office perks - Great to have the brand on resume

Cons

- A high school student could do the job; no skills are required and no skills are learned - Career path and salary increases are very rigid, not a meritocratic culture - Very limited mobility opportunities, except within same subdivision (which means doing relatively the same job) - Bonuses are almost non-existent outside of the front-office, and salary is low - Hierarchical culture; your opinion is valued depending on your level
