Pros

Good experience for someone right out of college and starting in public accounting. Opportunity to learn various aspects of accounting such as federal/fas 109, partnerships, individuals, etc

Cons

Constant turnover and no bonus provided in the year I left since company was transitioning with new internal software program and outsourcing. Not very good at retaining good employees
