Pros

The firm is small and still growing. The facilities are nice and after 3 years you are considered a "vested" employee.

Cons

Organizational structure seems changes every year which gives the impression of instability and the inability to make sound business decisions. Nepotism and "who you know" helps when trying to get ahead.

Pros

- Competent people to work with - True interest by most in government and customers - Delivered value to customers - OK work/life balance

Cons

- Lack of competent back office support - Lot of infighting among partners - Bad behavior permitted from those with sales success - Lack of credibility in management communications - Management upheaval in 2010 resulted in a drastic drop in leadership - Utilization has dropped markedly, leading to layoffs - Interference in sales process has led to losing recompetes and new competitions - Losing ground to Deloitte, PWC, etc.
