-good place to start a career (keyword START) -variety of clients in different industries -two offices (financial services & commercial) located in NYC

Cons

-clients are mostly previous Big 4 clients unwilling to compromise to get work done -lack of co-worker enthusiasm -high turnover/inability to retain top employees -underpaid -the better the worker, the more punishment instead of reward -lack of knowledge found at the manager level and above -limited training -hostile working enviroment -lack of communication throughout levels
