Pros

Anyone from PMD to associate level are very nice, hard-working, and care about quality and their co-workers. Work/life balance is solid with competitive pay for consulting/advisory compared to the big 4.

Cons

Since the sale to New Mountain Capital, the only focus for C-suite and national management has been profit, utilization, moving to AI and India utilization, and gutting the US staff. They keep trying to integrate AI unsuccessfully and spend way too much time and focus there instead of retaining talent/hard workers.
