Pros

Worked alone when i choose to, was able to go on trips with others, and worked with really cool people

Cons

Lots of your supervisors played favoritism among the group. They cared solely about numbers and quota. Pay was pretty low

Pros

Laid back, fun, friendly, supportive and rewarding workplace culture; understanding and motivational management; freedom to decide how to use your working hours effectively; get to talk to lots of different kinds of people and go to lots of different places every day; work that makes a meaningful difference; travel opportunities; bonuses; benefits; potential for growth

Cons

Quota system, while understandable, means a few weeks of bad luck could get you fired.
