Pros

Very good and decent people to work with and they will let you get settled in to your new role and explain to you the responsibilities they expect from you

Cons

It is an NGO so might not align with your career ambitions. But you could get a chance to save the world

Pros

Committed, interesting, passionate staff. Interesting professional development opportunities if you are lucky and work hard to seek them out.

Cons

Management skills are poor, especially among most senior management. Top leadership lacks vision, is hostile to women's leadership, and is poor at change management while attempting change on multiple fronts.
