PTO, great cause, great co-workers, great pay for Florida. Bosses actually understand mental health days, separate days for "sick days" and "mental health" days.

Cons

Long hours, quota-based, no job security, hard to move up without relocating

People and mission is great, people are incredibly friendly and truly care. Including the managers. You get great training and are taught how to effectively build membership and the non-profit is doing great things.

Cons

Quota. Even though you might have incredible conversations, you are expected to meet a quota number.
