Pros

Really great cause driven organization. Lot's of internal opportunities for movement and training. Really dynamic environment, and exciting global campaigns to work on.

Cons

Sometimes long hours. Has been through many changes in the past few years so there was a period of upheaval but things are pretty smooth and improving all the time.
