Pros

Salary of £8 an hour plus bonuses was good

Cons

.Long hours of travel .Standing in the pouring rain and trying to look happy .Being threatened and insulted by members of the public on a daily basis .Constant pressure to meet targets .Feeling like I was just conning elderly people into giving away what little money they had

Pros

Relaxed office environment, great company culture, decent pay, no formal attire, some level of freedom on the job.

Cons

High employee turnover rate, unsafe working conditions, unpaid travel time, fire people before bonuses set in, anti-corporation but run the office with a corporate structure, and there is no job security.
