Pros

You get to work for a great cause, and they get you really excited about saving the environment, Good pay, and sometimes they give you surprise paid time off. Really awesome coaching methods, and you really bond with your team.

Cons

The weekly quota which you must meet if you would like to keep your job. It's extremely stressful not knowing whether you'll be able to keep your job. A lot of people hate on canvassers, and are unnecessarily rude or mean to you. You get really depressed when you find out how little people care about the world.

Pros

Work with hard-working people... that's about it for the positive.

Cons

Terrible. Terrible. You stand outside grocery stores and get glared at by hundreds of people. You can't even tell people about the fundraising because before you open your mouth you get cussed out and yelled at and everything else imaginable. My first day, two people quit in the spot. I was so stressed that I quit after day two. I am an extremely hard worker but it had to be the most miserable and degrading job that I have ever, ever, ever had in my life- and that's coming from someone who used to be a waitress at a 24 hour place.
