Pros

-Exciting, fast-paced environment -The chance to contribute to such important environmental issues -Passionate, smart and motivated colleagues -Sustainable office building -Many opportunities for training and professional development -Evaluations happen routinely and all staff complete evaluations of their managers. Accountability is constantly improving.

Cons

There's not much staff diversity, but the management has made increasing diversity a priority. Fellows and entry level staff could be better compensated.
