Pros

some positions can work remotely, seems random how its structured.

Cons

vision doesnt exist, leadership team seems totally clueless, ineffective management and overall communication, overpaid leadership, underpaid true frontline leaders in junior level jobs have more experience than directors. Very little opportunity to advance. Either lick boots and fake it, or be a true organizer and leave Greenpeace. This review is for Greenpeace USA, the least popular of Greenpeaces. Internationally Greenpeace is weak and has little cohesion. A very confusing and disorganized organization. I was overqualified and underpaid, asked for a raise, wasn't given. So I left and now making $25k more than I was at GP.

Pros

I've talked to several employees and they value the strong duty of care culture of this organisation.

Cons

My perception is that this organisation has a culture of overwork and suffer from the purpose paradox of not having enough time to take care of themselves while taking care of the world.
