Pros

Colleagues in the management team are genuinely passionate about the organisations aims, mission and values. The office is a great calming space, people are lovely, if sometimes a little shy

Cons

I didn't felt fully supported by management when my targets - as a manager - were falling below par. This included the rate of fundraisers recruited staying on (not recruited or chosen by me but trained and coached by me) staying on in the challenging role. In stead of offering experienced guidance and importantly support when my mental and physical health was majorly affecting my performance, I was given the choice of performance review or resigning. I believe other departments in GPUK are less pressured and cutthroat but cannot say this for sure
