Pros

If you are passionate about the environment, especially, climate, working for Greenpeace doesn't really feel like work as it is part of its core campaigns and people here are working hard to amplify the voices of the marginalized to achieve climate justice. Aside from advocacy, there are a lot of opportunities within the organization. Their complete compensation package is very competitive.

Cons

No overtime pay, but you can offset when you work on holidays/weekends.
