Pros

Terrific people. Excellent opportunity to go to work every day with people who share your mission. Some opportunities to travel. It's a real pleasure to work with colleagues from many different cultures and areas of expertise. Decent benefits. Some really great campaigns and wins.

Cons

Lip-service to wellness, but the reality is it is near impossible to stick to 40-hour work week with 100s of emails coming in every day and meetings at all hours if you work with colleagues across time zones. It's hard to feel a sense of accomplishment.

Pros

great environment, very energetic and develop many pf the communication skills.

Cons

it is all about being able to deliver your massage and receive response from the society and it is sometimes difficult to show that the problems that you are talking about is relevant to their daily life.
